Horrible Stay-Do NOT recommend!
新伊比利亚艾弗里岛凯富套房酒店的点评
点评：Upon entering the property, I noticed the outer appearance of the building is not what the pictures show. The building is not the same color as the advertised listing. The outside of the building is worn and torn. The pool, business, and fitness centers are all closed. The breakfast area is STILL grab-and-go. The lobby is the only thing has an inviting smell as the rest of the property does not has the same invitation. The rooms door are not properly sealed, hence, someone was attempting to get in my room all night. In turn I attempted to notify the front desk, but no one answered which made me believe no one was working the front desk after hours. The hotel entrance is open and inviting to outside guest with no regards to no type of security measures. The pool is not cleaned or covered from guest sight. The headboard was chipped up. The phone in the room did not work. The refrigerator cabinet has water damage and displays very distasteful. Only one of the bedside lamps worked, the other was missing the button to turn it on. The check in process was smooth, however checkout is at 11 am and not 12pm. The room only had 1 large towel and 1 hand towel and no toiletries in the bathroom, not that I would use them. There is a desk in the room with NO chair. This listing is full of false advertisement, the information and the photos. I would NOT recommend this property to a dead dog.
