Boulevard American Bistro的点评
点评：I was greeted by 2 amazing hostesses upon arriving. They both opened the door for me and informed me of the $40 restaurant special. Brad was my server and was friendly, informative, and had a great work ethic. Everyone who passed my table spoke or cleared a dish from my table. Everything I asked for was given promptly. Great teamwork.
My crab cake was served hot and I savored every bite. I encouraged the 2 hostesses at the end of my meal and thanked them for their hospitality. They made my day with their personable service and bubbly personalities.
My only criticism was of the man at the window receiving and monitoring the food. I watched him scratch his head, eat something, and wipe his nose on his arm several times. He never washed his hands and wasn’t aware of his poor hygiene practices around food as he touched every plate. He needs more training because his actions were unacceptable.
