点评:This hotel is more concerned about money than doing business the right way. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a short weekend getaway to attend a wedding on our last day we had an issue with the toilet overflowing causing the floor to flood I immediately called the front desk for help and 15 min later a maintenance man arrived and fixed the issue and cleaned up the water. After about 2 days from checking out I check my account and see they charged my card 250 without any notification. I contacted the hotel to talk with the manager about this situation and was informed I’m being charged for damages. They say I never called to notify them of our bathroom flooding which caused damage to the room below us. I tried to tell the manager that I did call and help arrived so what else can I do as a guest there was clearly issues with there piping that was out of my control now I’m being told I didn’t do something that I did do and being punished for something out of my control. I hope this helps at least one person from staying at this hotel they will find a way to take your money and when you try to find a way to resolve the issue they will tell you the only option is to call corporate and be very rude about it just please be careful I leave this review not hoping to get my money back but to help someone from making the same mistake I made worst experience I have ever had.
