点评:Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a hotel. From the booking, to the check in, customer relations, extending through our attempt to eat breakfast. It’s the 1st time I’ve had to call 4x to book a room and allocate 30-:55mins PER call; only to never receive a confirmation email. It’s my 1st time to not be allowed into my room because the hostess was “endangered, and didn’t feel safe enough to let me into my room”, the 1st time that I’ve been discriminated against. The 1st time for me to order a breakfast burrito, wait :30mins, order a coffee and then be informed the coffee is “broken” and not receive the burrito. The 1st time I’ve showered and the water wouldn’t drain. The 1st time that I’ve pee’d and it clogged up the toilet.
In a nutshell, I would have made out better sleeping on the road outside. Evidently their corporate number is (301) 380-3868, give Michale a call, he’s sure to provide the same service and response his hotel did.
