点评:If I could give 0 stars I would. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’ve worked in 6 different restaurants and have never seen anything like this ! Praise the server for trying his best but kind of hard to do 2 big tops with no help from anyone at all , kitchen that can’t read and an incoherent / intoxicated manager. My family came in for a nice dinner after graduation. Firstly food took 50 mins from the first plate sat down until the last. No one’s sides were right half of the tables food was wrong , we had to get anything such as silverware , napkins , sauces ourselves. Then coming to check out after waiting a total of 2 hours just on food when 3 separate tables came in after us and left before us , was told we would get at least a discount. The manager “Jill” that told us we would get a little discount decided she never said and we had to pay for everything. I’m sorry I’m not one to complain but there is no way I would have ever made someone pay for food that was 2 HOURS late and wrong. Needs better management , kitchen and teamwork. And the “ manager Jill “ should not be managing under the influence !!
