They take reservations but don’t know how to KEEP the reservations.

点评：The good stuff first.
Very clean room. I have stayed here twice in the past month. Both rooms were clean. No carpet which making clean easier. Nice towels and bed linens.
Now the bad
For both stays when I arrived I was told the room I reserved was not available. The clerk intimated that the room available was more expensive. I just stood there until she admitted I would only pay what my reservation said. That was the first visit.
The next visit the same thing happened when I checked in and the same clerk told me all they had was a premium room. She said she would have to go with me to the room to get the snack box that comes with a premium room. I swear she did!!! A small white non-descript white box!!!
I cannot be sure but I think the king size bed was on a queen size frame. Weird.
In-between these two stays I traveled with a handicapped friend. I could not make a reservation here knowing we may show up and not have a handicapped room.
I’ll stay here again because it is a bargain but just be aware if you chose to.
