点评：After traveling all day, we were hungry and thought ribs and sausage sounded good. When you are super hungry, everything usually tastes good - not this time. The bread and butter that first came out were delicious. We ordered the trio dip appetizer and the Cowboy Combo. The dip trio consisted of salsa, queso, and guacamole. The salsa had way too much cilantro and the guacamole was very bland. The first basket of chips they brought us were very dark brown, obviously burnt. The Cowboy Combo came with a good-sized sausage link, marinated chicken breast, and a small portion of glazed ribs. We got a salad and mashed potatoes with that. The ribs, sausage, and potatoes and gravy were average, however, the chicken was mostly raw in the middle. My husband's tea glass was empty for 3/4 of our meal so he ended up drinking my drink. Our waitress was not terrible, she just had too many tables to cover to provide excellent service. We watched nearby tables and every one of them also had issues with the food so we know it wasn't just an isolated incident. Kudos to the server for trying to make it right for everyone but we won't be back.
