点评:It was the worst experience ever. The pictures on the website make it look clean. We arrived very late around 11pm with two very sleepy kids after a long drive. As soon as we walked the room had the worst smell ever. I started getting nauseous but it was already so late there wasn’t much we could do. We checked the bed for bed bugs as we do at every hotel we go to, just in case and it was clear. Kids could go to sleep. We had to sleep with the windows open because of the smell. The carpets were so dirty, mold in the shower, carpet by the kitchen was torn so thankfully we noticed it before someone got hurt because the metal was sticking out. There was trash under the beds, stains all over the skirt of the beds (which we didn’t see til the morning time), and while my husband was using the bathroom, nasty water dripped on his head! We talked to the front desk and the guy couldn’t move us rooms because no manager was there and I guess no rooms available. We went to get our luggage and came back down because we couldn’t stay there another night. The smell was so potent! We have been emailing the manager since woke up and no response, they had my husband come back next day and still no manager because they don’t work in the weekends but both front desk people put “notes” down. We called today again because still no response and front desk said there were no notes and they had us checking out Sunday even though we turned keys in Saturday. They are ignoring us… I say this because the GM has been commenting on reviews as of June 3 and we have been emailing her since Saturday the 1st.
Update-
They responded stating that we did not make a request for a room change nor that we filed a complaint. The person working Saturday afternoon June 1st is who stated he had put notes in and had called someone. We turned in our keys that afternoon and booked a different hotel and now they are saying we didn’t check out til the next day. I would suggest to look to their cameras around 5pm. The way it’s being handled it is absolutely ridiculous.
