Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Covington, LA的点评
点评：Honestly I have never had an issue with any other Country Inn and Suites location, but this is one to be avoided. When I checked into my room the following was evident: the room smelled, there was some odd sticky portion of the carpet and the bathroom had serious mold in the tub area, the room curtains were ripped, and as a precautionary measure I opened the sofa bed in the overpriced “king” suite. I was not surprised when I saw blood and feces on the mattress, which had no cover. I found two sheets under the sofa bed on a carpet that was apparent it had not been cleaned in some time. I complained to the front desk and requested a different room. Of course management had to come and view the room, and made vague excuses and that they would be speaking to housekeeping. I got that second room, at least it smelled better and the mattress had a cover, however the sheets had rips and the furniture was stained enough that I considered watching tv while standing. Why the other reviews on this location were positive is beyond me. While I cannot cancel the room without penalty, I will no longer stay in any Country Inn and Suites and plan on sleeping in the tub after I disinfect it this evening, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had…avoid this dump at any cost.
