点评:Checked in on Friday at 3 pm. Told pool was closed and no idea if or when the state inspectors would come. Realized within 30 minutes that we had no hot water. Went down to front desk and was told it was because there were a lot of guests taking showers. Had to take a cold shower before heading out. Returned later that evening to see a sign on front door of hotel saying hot water pump wasn’t working and waiting for a plumber. By next morning and 3 pm when we left for a wedding, still no hot water. Front desk said we can request a discount on our rate and it would be passed onto manager. When we returned after 11 pm, it was fixed. Checking out on Sunday the front desk said we would receive a call or email by Monday about their discount offer. It is now Tuesday night and haven’t heard a word. We are Ihg platinum members. And we will never stay at this hotel again.
