点评：Was supposed to stay here on a Saturday night. Was coming down for family weekend at EKU for my daughter. Got a flat tire in Cincinnati late in the evening and waited on a highway in 90 degree hear for hours to get it fixed. End result we could not get down there Saturday night for our stay. We called the hotel to let them know this and asked if we could cancel without having to pay the full rate or could possibly get a credit or a partial refund. Was told by front desk that it was too late to cancel and we would be charged the full rate. No consideration given. I understand there are cancelation policies but I’d expect there to be exceptions or at least a partial refund or a credit in circumstances beyond one’s control. Anyway, Won’t be choosing this hotel or any in its brand going forward and will be making sure my Company does not use this hotel brand for any of our business travel going forward. Bonvoy and Hilton have made exceptions for my colleagues and myself in similar circumstances. Disappointing because I looked forward to future stays on this hotel given its good ratings.
