芬芳精品酒店的点评
点评：We arrived for a family break with our two children. From Antalya Airport, it was over an hour's transfer what seemed like the middle of no where. When we checked in and went to our room, up some slippery stairs, it was the equivalent of a hostel. Totally basic with no sheets etc. It was 6.30pm when we arrived. All we were handed was these filthy blanket. The place was completely deserted, we were the only ones there. Like a ghost town.
The first night after going for a bite to eat, we went to our room only to discover there was no heating working. My husband and daughter has asthma so it was imperative there was some heating. Both of went looking for the receptionist but he had packed up and left and no where to be seen. We had no option but to all sleep in our jackets with the gross blankets shivering all night.
In the morning, we discovered there was not even any hot water. We went down to breakfast and also let him know. He didn't understand a word we said in English.
The breakfast was terrible. It was a plate made up of boiled egg, greasy fries, and salaami some cheese. My daughters cheese had mould on it.
On our way back to our room, our 15 year old daughter slipped on the slippery stairs and fell. She was in so much pain. No one even came to help. At this stage, we had enough. My husband quickly repacked all our belonging phoned a taxi and headed to the hospital. Holiday ruined on first day. Daughter is in plaster from a ripped tendon and on crutches. From the hospital, we booked another hotel after several hours of stress and headed there. Please, please think 100 times before booking this hotel. Honestly, I should have believed the reviews. We've now forked out for another hotel inside Antalya for our remaing 6 days out of seven and ruined the entire holiday as daughter can't go amywhere - Upset mother!
They didn't even look at us when we left - Heartless people!
