A nightmare from the start …
芬芳精品酒店的点评
点评：Arrived on site after 1am and provided a bungalow with the bathroom window broken/ ripped out. We did not feel safe and eventually after a further hour was moved to an alternative bungalow.
No fire alarm, no telephone and no safe even though advertised and no fridge in the new room.
Took us 2x days to get a working fridge in the room.
Hotel does not provide drinking water, you have to pay.
When enquiring about the safe the manager requested we give him our passports and money as he has a safe Urmmm no !!!
There was plenty of bugs but can’t blame the hotel, we had to request the bedding was changed - it wasn’t so we had to remove the bedding the following day and ask again.
We kept track of what we were spending at the bar but the bill on departure was higher.
Managed to get 4 euros off the bill but there was still a €20 charge for vodka …. A double was advertised as €8 so how was the bill €20 was defo not doubles I was served, I had 2 vodkas in total, got frustrated and paid the bill.
Food wise is repetitive and breakfast is regurgitated for lunch and dinner regurgitated for breakfast.
