点评:Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Went here with my co workers and it took over an hr to get the food. One of our co workers had her 15yr old with her. Her meal was forgotten by the server. By the time the food arrived everyone else had already finished eating. Her steak was burnt and un edible. The server never came back until she asked who needed boxes and to give out the checks. I told the server the food was un edible and the $15 meal should be taken of my co workers bill. She came back and said all she could do was give a %20 employee discount. I asked for the manager and dived her of the situation. She said since she ate around the sides %20 was all she could do. Our group check was over %300 and she couldn’t take %15 off the bill. She was disrespectful and rude. I have never seen a manager or place respond or act this way when it was their mistake since they forgot her food to begin with. I will never be back. My family will never be back and if this is how this place treats customers when they screw up many will feel the same way I felt and they will continue to lose business. A person works hard for their money and when a business screws up they should own it and take care of it. That’s good customer service.
