点评：I am a loyal Marriott customer. I choose to stay at the brand for both for personal and work travel. I love the consistency of the brand. After a long drive, I went in to take a nap and looked up at the ceiling to see band aides on the smoke detector. I called and they immediately took them down. I decided to take a shower to get ready for my night and was shocked when shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all gone. Again, I called and it was provided-but not standard Marriott. While going out to dinner, I noticed a lot of employees smoking and hanging out in front of the entryway. After a nice night, we came back to people partying in the room next to us. It continued until after 1am when I had to call to say the sound was disturbing our sleep. Never once did anyone apologize for all of the issues. Instead, it was people smoke and cover up the smoke detectors, and excused like this. I truly hope this review is read and taken seriously. People respect the Marriott name and trust that they will have a positive stay. I left exhausted and worried that my room may not have been properly cleaned.
