Pollo Express is our new Favorite.
We were disappointed when we drove to a favorite Mexican restaurants today, and found their building Vacant. So we took a chance on Pollo Express. Stand alone bldg at SE corner Pawnee & Meridian. Oh so Happy we did.
The Food is Excellent. The Salsa us Mild Enough for me and comes with 2 different bottles of Homemade Salsa 🌶 to spice it up to anyone's desired HEAT. 🌶 which thrilled my husband. I had the #18 a 2 Ground Beef Taco Dinner the way I like them with perfect Beans and Spanish Rice.
My husband is a Burrito Guy. He had the #14 Burrito Dinner. The Burrito was huge and loaded. Beef, Beans, Guacamole & Pico. He said it was one of the best Burrito he ever ate. Prices here are excellent. Family owned & operated. Nothing fancy but it is clean, service is friendly, and the Food us Excellent. We look forward to our next visit.
