Holiday Inn Express & Suites Olathe North By IHG的点评
点评：We were on our way to our son’s funeral and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Olathe KS North. This was our first time here and last…. Even tho the lobby looked amazing, whish makes you believe the room will be wonderful. In our case it was not so.
Room-First thing we noticed was the fake leather headboard which had rips and you could see it was well worn to where you could see the wood underneath. The pillows seemed like they were filled with hay and the mattress was not comfortable.
Bathroom-The fan in the bathroom was so loud which came on when the light was turned on. So anytime one of us went to use bathroom at night the fan would be so loud it woke up the other person. We noticed mold at the bathtub base. The shower curtain was almost falling off. The shower head was sooo low it was hard to get a good shower with having to bend down so far. The whole tub area had pits, chips, and broken.
Breakfast- the hot bar, none of the lids stayed open and was very hard to hold your plate while keeping the lips open. If you hoped the lid would stay open it would slam down.
We have pictures to document all this.
We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express all over the USA for travel and business, BUT never had this bad of experience. We did bring all this to the Manager on the way out and asked if the room are ever inspected and from our stay probably not.
