Very nice hotel with great people!
Candlewood Suites 结城/ FT。浊的点评
点评：The entire property is clean and will lit. The lady who checked us in (don't recall her name) was very nice and helpful with a sweet smile. Jason, who checked us out and also helped during our stay, was always very nice and helpful.
The room was comfy and clean. Bed slightly harder than our preferred but MUCH better than most beds in this strata of hotel. Bathroom and kitchen were well appointed and designed well. TV was large enough and had plenty of channels. Sitting chair was comfortable as were the chairs at the table. Bed was kinda close to the wall on one side but that was the only thing that was "off" about the room.
We had 2 issues during our 2 days. 1) Just after 10pm when we got back to our room we found the TV was not getting a signal. With no success trying all we knew I called the front desk but only got a busy signal. I went downstairs and Jason was quick to offer assistance. He came up to the room with tools in hand. Turned out the Cox cable box was out. He made quick work of locating another and changing it out for us. Even though this was something he had no control over he was very apologetic and so nice about the whole thing. 2) At 5:40am on our check out day the refrigerator suddenly started making a loud noise, waking us. We were able to turn it off (we weren't using it) and go back to sleep. We let Jason know about it as we were leaving so he could get somehow to look at it.
As neither issue was anyone's fault, electronics and appliances can go bad or have issues at the drop off a hat, we did not consider these things that affect our review of this nice property.
We absolutely recommend this property if you are visiting the area!
