点评:We were on a wee walk in the Troodos, and stopped for a bite of lunch. Cannot fault the food. Tasty, decent portions, reasonable price and a lovely people watching setting. However, the food came and the staff never came near us again to replenish water or enquire if everything was okay and if we required anything else such as dessert and coffee ( which we did want).
Prices reasonable.
My aunt is visually impaired and I asked for the disabled toilet key as it appeared locked. I went to the reception to request the key 🔑. The person who was already in the toilet had come out ( unknown to us as it simply appeared locked) and the man at the reception desk was very abrupt saying the door was open. A simple error but one which gives the image of not caring about customer service. A simple, there you go, it’s open now was a reasonable reply.
We also asked the waiter if he knew where a certain local walk was - he shrugged his shoulders and said ‘ I don’t know but I should as I’ve been here eight years’. Again a simple lack of customer service. He may have directed us to the Troodos information area. Some staff training required.
I’d eat here again if you want decent food but do not care about customer service.
