Granite City Food & Brewery的点评
点评：Our group of 13 people, including two under the age of 4, went to Granite City for Easter brunch. It started with waiting over 45 minutes for our table after having a reservation. At that point, we found out that they didn't have a large table for us, but instead two small tables. The waiter refused to push the tables together so I told him that we would just leave. That was not what we wanted, but there was nothing else to give us at that time. The waiter settled for two tables pushed together so we could eat together as a family, but one of the children had to sit on her mother's lap and the rest of us were very crowded. Ironically, there was a large table next to us that was never occupied while we were there. The food itself was very good. It was the service and attitude that were lacking. I saw other people getting a dessert served to them and we waited, but ultimately had to ask for the tray to be served to us. Then, I received the bill that I thought was wrong, but the waiter disappeared so quickly that it was impossible to ask. She did return to tell me that gratuity was not included in the total cost. Ultimately, I spoke to the manager on the phone when I got home about the cost and I will be refunded $50 for their mistake.
