点评:Start off we were given a drink menu with nothing in it. We got a new menu. I asked what kind of flavored tea they had and the waiter said they didn’t have flavored tea. (Guess he was training) The menu clearly states ‘flavored tea’. The waiter goes to check on the flavors after I asked him to. Waitress came with the waiter to say he’s training and asked for our drink orders. I asked about the teas again and was given a list of 3 flavors so I order. My husband ordered a beer and I order our appetizer. Waitress leaves and then comes back to say they don’t have the beer he ordered so he orders a different beer and I let her know we’re ready to order. She said it’ll be just a moment she wants to get our drink orders in. Ok. So she comes back with drinks and we order. While waiting on our appetizer, food runners attempted to give us other peoples’ orders twice and someone else’s drink. Then when our appetizer came out they took it to the table next to ours, we expressed it was ours and it was given to us. We finish up our appetizer and wait for our food. And wait and wait and wait. The waitress brings me another tea which was unflavored. I let her know and she took it back. When it came back I took a drink and got a mouthful of nothing but syrup flavoring. We are still waiting for our food at this point. The two tables around us, who got there after us had both gotten their meals. One of those meals came to our table first and we let them know it wasn’t ours. So we wait some more. The trainee walked up to our table and asked if we were just waiting on our check to be closed. I said no we’re still waiting on our food. He said he would go check. He walked away and didn’t come back. After 5 minutes I flagged him down to ask about our food, again he said he’d check and at this point I asked for a manager. It took nearly 10 minutes for the manager to come over. I explained everything up to this point. She apologized said she would check on our food and at this point I just asked for it to go. She brought out a bag of food and stated she took the dinners off the check. She then walked away. We got our check, went to pay, there were issues with the card reader. I glanced at our bill and noticed it wasn’t even our bill. It was the table next to us whose food they tried to give us. I check out to go bag of food and sure enough it was the order from the table next to us - NOT EVEN WHAT WE ORDERED!! At this point I just started laughing! I asked again for the manager. Our waitress walked to the back with the wrong bill and my card. I never did see the manager but our waitress brought out another bag of food claiming it was my order, of course I check and she said she bagged it herself. Yep this was our order but it was missing my side salad. She went back and got it and gave me back my card. She said the entire bill was taken care of and we were good to go. We got home and the food is subpar. The salad is soggy, the brisket is dry and I didn’t even get my side of baked beans. So folks long story short do not go here.
