点评:I had a terrible experience at Panera in Virginia. I was ordering on one of the tablets and once I was done putting my order in I paid using my cashapp card. At the end it asked for my name so they could call when my order would be done, but as I was putting my name in the tablet died. I went to tell the cashier that it took my money without completing my order and she told me that the order didn’t go through and she could take my order at the register. later on when I looked at my Cash App, it said it paid for both of the orders. I told the cashier this and she told me to wait a couple hours and it should refund me. so, I waited a couple hours and it never refund me. So I told her again after the few hours and she told me I could leave a review and they might be able to give me my money back. She said she couldn’t do much and that it should’ve already been refunded to me. I was in a rush so I had to leave since I was on a trip. so, when I got back from my trip, I contacted Panera on Facebook and they told me to wait 3-5 Business days and I should get my money back by then. I wait more than 3 to 5 business days and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Cash app says that the order has been completed and Panera said that they couldn’t do anything and I should contact The Panera I went to directly. but, since I was on a business trip, I was in a rush and I don’t remember the one I went to because there’s like a billion in Virginia so How could I remember that? I contacted Panera again telling them that I don’t know the exact one and that the cashier literally said that they couldn’t do anything about it. and Panera just ignored my replies. I need this money back because I spent $18 on an order I didn’t even get and another extra $14 on food I did get. I just want a refund so I can spend my $18 on a way better place to eat at and also Panera is so expensive and overpriced for what reason? don’t get me wrong, I love their cinnamon crunch bagels, but to scam me and ignore me when I’m trying to fix the problem is too much. I would give this place a zero but that’s not possible so I give it a one.
