Evil has a name... Parul Patel, if that is her real name. She owns this hotel and is the embodiment of all that is wrong with the hotel industry. She does not respect the feeling of privacy or safety of her guests.
Beyond this, the room was filthy when we checked in. There was a cigarette behind the chest of drawers and food between the bed and nightstand and underneath the couch.
When we complained, she told us we had to vacate the hotel in the middle of the week. She didn't refund the night of the stay she knew we would be required to leave on because of my work. She would not admit her wrongs, which is a Hallmark of most any Patel you will meet. But in Indiana it's worse than any other state in America. She treated us with disdain and hatred. She destroyed any feeling of security or privacy when she busted into the room, with a do not disturb sign out.
Message to Ms. Parul Patel, if the do not disturb sign is out, stay out. Your reasons are not more important than your guests privacy.
