点评：I do apologize for being honest but twice I have been to this restaurant with family members in the same month and I just cannot believe how awful this place is, or has become. Most notably is the woman who appears to be in charge. Not only does she lack any kind of personality, she just doesn't seem to care. We had been invited to join family members at Grateful Grub even though our first visit a week ago was awful and the total group numbered 8 plus a young child. Rather than offer to put a couple of tables together her response was there was a table for eight available and we would have to make do. We then had to wait at least ten minutes before anyone even approached our table and asked if we wanted drinks. We tried to order Coke and were informed they were our of Coke so we tried to order lemonade and they were out of lemonade. So we ordered sweet tea only to find out it was horrible. I tried to order a beer and a can was slapped on the table (no offer of a glass). We had to wait at least another 10-15 minutes before a waitress approached ou table to take our order. By then, half of the restaurant had cleared out so it was not busy. We went to order fried mushrooms and were told they only had enough for one order. We tried to order country fried steak but after 15 minutes she got chicken fried steak. We then politely asked for a knife and were told "We are out of knives (really?). Our youngest child order a simple corn dog but it never even arrived with no explanation given. One family member ordered BBQ wings but after eating several, raised up a wing and asked everyone what is this? There was fuzzy hair stuck to the outside of a couple of pieces. We never finished those wings. As for the cleanliness of the place it was almost disturbing. All in all, I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Theer are nicer to places to dine in North Vernon. I do feel bad for the young help as it is not their fault. Sad experience
