点评：Hubby & I stopped to grab a quick bite as we were driving through Nappanee, IN ,Saturday, Oct 1, 2022. I immediately noticed that the windows looked like they’ve never been washed! Yuck! There was one other customer inside and ALL of the tables had food on them (also never been cleaned) so we ate in the car. The floor was filthy and sticky, the drink counter was equally dirty. Trash everywhere. The 4 or 5 teenager girls were all standing in a circle talking. Apparently there is no manager or they are just as lazy as the rest of them. This place was over-the-top filthy. Staff wasn’t very friendly either. Just placed my bag on the counter and didn’t say anything. When I asked if it was mine, she just shrugged. Whoever owns this place has to see it and just doesn’t care. I wonder what their franchise agreement says about cleanliness or service expectations ? They need to shut this place down and pull the franchise from the owner. Yes - it’s that bad!!
