点评：I ordered a dozen donuts, small hot chocolate, and a bagel with cream cheese plus one extra creme cheese. Was going to eat the bagel and cream cheese in my car. The bagel was burnt and hard as a rock. I glanced at my receipt and saw that they charged me $6.30 for one little cream cheese container because one is included with a bagel. Drove back around to the drive thru. Woman tells me that's how much the cream cheese costs! I told her she charged me $6.28 for two 8 ounce cream cheese containers. The one extra single serving ceam cheese is only 1.5 oz and should have been $1.50 or less. She still insisted that's how much they cost! Told her my bagel was burnt, and all she said was oh i'm sorry. She said it twice without offering me another one. I had the uneaten bagel in my hand. I don't think she understood English, and I had to drive off because I believe she was the owner and I never would have gotten any money back. Or they act stupid so you just give up! Thieves. Never again. Stay away.
