点评：First time there and DEFINITELY the last.
We are fairly new to the area - living full time in Chicago suburbs.
2 years ago we bought our second home on Sheridan Beach and we are slowly getting used to the area and local restaurants.
Today was Mother’s Day and my husband booked dinner for our family at Farina’s as the restaurant has a very good reputation among our friends and pretty good reviews,
Maybe we are spoiled by overall very good restaurants in Chicago and Chicago suburbs .
I also do understand that Mother’s Day must be a very busy day for any restaurant but there is no excuse for any white cloth table restaurants not to give a silverware and the napkins at the sitting.
We arrived 15 min before our reservation and got to the table 45 min after .No one noticed that the silverware and napkins were missing starting from a person that escorted us to the table, boys serving water and the waiter taking the orders.
We waited wondering at what point anyone would notice that but even when the food arrived from the kitchen and we kindly asked for the silverware we waited another 5 min and had to ask one more person.
He finally got us some forks and knives but no napkins.
We asked again.
Our waiter showed with the clean washcloths ,but clearly previously used for cleaning,informing us that all the cloth napkins were already used.
Don’t know what to tell about the food because we all suddenly lost the appetite.

我们一边等着，一边想着什么时候会有人注意到这一点。即使食物从厨房送来，我们礼貌地要求提供餐具，我们还是等了5分钟，不得不再问一个人。
他终于给我们拿来了一些刀叉，但没有餐巾。
我们又问了一次。
服务员拿来了干净的毛巾，但显然是之前用来清洁的，并告诉我们所有的餐巾布都已经用过了。
不知道该如何评价食物，因为我们突然都没了胃口。
