点评：I was in the area for business and actually headed somewhere else for lunch when I walked past Baxbeaux and I smelled the amazing smell of pizza being baked, so I went in. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went in, but I did read previous reviews that were very positive.
Upon going in, I saw it was a walk-up counter where you can order a slice or whole pie, drink, sides, etc. They had several pizzas made they were pulling slices from, but they weren’t re-heating them, just plating and providing. I opted for a slice of pepperoni with jalapeño and a drink. The pizza looked great, but the crust was cardboard hard and just as bland. The toppings tasted OK, but wasn’t great. The temperature of the pizza slice was cool too. Very disappointing considering how popular this place seems to be. Maybe a fresh pizza pie would be better, but based on the taste and texture of this crust, I highly doubt it.
