点评:I go with friends to Chops every few months. First it was 3 minutes till 5 and we had a reservation but the host would not seat us till exactly 5:00 (which is what she rudely told us) even though I was on a cane. Then we were given 2 different drink menus that had 2 different prices. We were given a paper menu that said scan the menu code to get the full menu which we did and it had different pricing then the paper and the on line menu. When we got our bill the prices were different/higher then on either menu and on line. When asked the server the server said the "higher amount" was correct even though we showed her all the different pricing. It was "what the computer rang up was correct." We spend a lot of money every time we go but this was ridiculous. I had the crab cakes which I've had before and they were barely warm and all breading!
I understand times are tough right now but come on Chops, you need to at least get the basics right.
Chops is no longer a restaurant we plan to go to. Too expensive, bad service and food not to mention a hassle!!.
