Arrived at pick-up time only the find the online order alert “had not been heard.” I wasn’t rude and the worker apologized and said it would be made immediately. It was and I left. This evening I opened the box and the 8 piece Chicago style pizza had pepperoni, onion and green peppers. I ordered pepperoni, onion and sausage. Called store and same person was working. Again, was apologetic and offered to remake pizza. I live 35 minutes away so daughter agreed to pick up. She left store and sent me a pic of pizza-it was a FOUR PIECE Chicago style pizza but at least the items were correct. She went back into the store and waited for the correct pizza. Now you would think in light of the order not being prepared on time, then being made incorrectly and then being “fixed” only to be made incorrectly again-someone should be paying better attention. Will not order from there again. ☹️
