They did have an issue post pandemic with poor quality ingredients but for 30 years they've been top notch especially for the price. I saw $22 for a large two topping but it's $19.33 plus tax right now but the ingredients are premium and plentiful. That's another thing I see, people complaining about the amount of toppings. It's 2024 and people MUST complain or else. It is oily maybe call it greasy but that's the cheese and it's DELICIOUS. It's what makes it the best. I personally think to truly judge a modern pizza you have to go cheese only then cry later. Don't order a salad with bread and tomato sauce then complain later. Order a plain pizza and learn to enjoy the base flavors first. If you don't go you're a goof.. If you say "pies" then I understand your poor review because you're posing. Listen, don't forget there is also another chain of Greg's Volcano's pizza in East Tennessee, Johnson and Elizabethtown. If you don't like try it again. Then don't complain. It makes you look like the one.
