点评：We usually like getting a bunch of different things there. I'm extremely disappointed in today's visit. As well as mad at myself for even tipping. We ordered bagels and cream cheeses. She dropped the cream cheese on the floor and still picked it up and placed it in the same bag as the bagels. I didn't notice it until later. When I opened the brown bag of bagels the container of cream cheese was mixed in there. And, since the cream cheese is in a Styrofoam container it is a magnet in picking up things. Attached were two hairs and it was rolling with the bagels. What is the point of using a tissue to get the bagels and put in the brown bag, and then grab the cream cheese with bare hands, and drop on floor and place in same brown bag where bagels are exposed to the floor dirt from the cream cheese container that fell on the floor? We would have rated lower, but it is tough because we go here every so often and had great experiences. It is like it depends on who is the worker that helps you. And, obviously the person we got - just did not care. Which is how concerning it is. In the back, if the bagel falls on the floor - do they just pick it up and sell it then as well?
