点评：Brought the family here for fathers day with some high expectations as I had some french out of towners. We loved the seating, but there was quite a confusion to reserve a table for the time we needed.
Then when I arrived to check in before the rest of the party came in, it was quite a chilly welcome, though slowly warmed up throughout the afternoon. Though our server was amazing and so patient and accommodating, it did take quite a while for the service to start--of course they were understandably busy, it being a holiday. And he had to keep going into the kitchen to check about our requests as we had quite a few vegetarians in the group.
Now on to the food:...
I had brought my mom here several years before as this has been a well loved establishment in downtown Wheaton. We really enjoyed it back then.
This past weekend however, we were quite disappointed with a majority of the orders, both veg and non veg.
1- food did not seem fresh/vibrant - it was a bit overcooked. Salad however, was lovely.
2-Crepes as a salty dish must have a different flour used than dessert crepes (the flour is able noir - darker and crispier than the yellow soft dessert version.)
3-quiche was overdone but nice flavor, and not hot.
4-i ordered crepes banana foster, and then was told they ran out of bananas - (there's a grocery down the street..?)
so then changed to creme brûlée. which was to come with biscotti (the main reason i ordered it ;)
The brûlée finally arrived, but it was in fact, chocolate mousse flavor and texture, and hardly crispy on top. the chocolate was very strong i immediately got a headache, and then they were trying to tell me that the desert has changed and does not include biscotti anymore, when i got up to find someone to ask about it.
However, my server did end up bringing on over, and that was delicious, i must say!
perfectly baked and flavored, crumbly light chocolate chip biscotti. THANK YOU.
Also, the bakery and wine selection had a nice selection, the former from which we which we took brought some home.
I really hope some of these improvements are made, and that when or if we return, we will come back to the way we remember this place being. I was looking forward to trying the high tea menu some time as it looks incredible!

4-我点了 crepes banana foster，然后被告知他们的香蕉用完了 -（街上有一家杂货店..？）
所以后来改成了焦糖布丁。这是和意大利脆饼一起来的（我订购它的主要原因；）
布丁终于上来了，但实际上是巧克力慕斯的味道和质地，上面几乎不脆。巧克力非常浓，我立刻头疼，然后他们试图告诉我沙漠已经改变并且不再包括意大利脆饼，当我起身找人询问时。
然而，我的服务器最终还是带来了，那太好吃了，我必须说！
完美烘烤和调味，易碎的轻巧克力脆饼。谢谢你。
此外，面包店和葡萄酒的选择也很不错，我们从前者那里带了一些回家。
