The omelette was fluffy, packed with fresh spinach and tangy feta cheese, and cooked to perfection. Paired with golden, crispy hashbrowns, it was an absolute treat! Simon’s is a neighborhood gem where you can count on great food, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or just a pastry from their bakery, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!
