点评：I went to the Cracker Barrel in Joliet Illinois. I do not like Cracker Barrel anymore and this is why. I’ve gotten bad service all over the United States from Kentucky to Alabama to Louisiana to Illinois to Indiana. The service sucks. The food is highly inconsistent and I had not been to Cracker Barrel for over eight months. The last time I went I had takeout in the Cracker Barrel and Tinley Park And they ran out of my food and never bothered to call me. This experience was even worse. I waited over 30 minutes for a server to even acknowledge me, and that was after I went to see the manager. When I finally got my order the green beans were bland tasted like they came out of the can and heated in the microwave , the only good thing was the seasoning on the fried chicken dinner and the chicken breast. Everything else was subpar. The manager of the Cracker Barrel in Joliet tried to make an excuse however, it didn’t float water because the waitress was told that she was to wait on our tables by another waitress And she still never came by until the end after we got our food from the manager and two other waitress staff. Again I’ve walked out of a Cracker Barrel one before for poor service no and I promise this is the last time I will go back.
