点评:If I could give them less than one star I would. I ended up leaving without the To-Go food order I paid for or should I say "paid half for", the other half was comped by the management from the poor service we received from the previous visit. I swore I would never ever go back to this place (this wasn't the first time) but my wife really wanted their Hash Brown casserole and I did too. I couldn't order online cause I decided to use that comp card. I knew what I wanted so I did not look at any menu which will later come back to bite me. I ordered the meat loaf for one of the entrees which they were out of, no problem do you have Cod, "yes" great I'll order the Cod (it's a Thursday). After 30 minutes I went to check on my order and the manager said she would find out and asked if I wanted to pay for it now which I did (big mistake). She was training a new girl at the register and seemed annoyed when I used that card as part of the payment caused the girl put it in as a gift card and it cause a problem. As soon as I finished paying the waitress came out with two orders but not mine. At that point after waiting 30 minutes I was told they did not have any Cod at which I was informed by the manager who was still by the register that "Cod" is only served on Friday's in a very unpleasant voice as if this was my error (remember I didn't see a menu). I stood around for over 30 minutes and I'm finding out now my order "which I already paid for" had not even been placed. I could feel the heat going into my face which was not good so I felt the smartest thing to do was just leave. As I turned I stated that I was so done with Cracker Barrel restaurants. Half way a cross the parking lot it dawned on me that I even paid for that meal which I never received nor do I even care. Two weeks ago was the first time in over 5 years that I came back to Cracker Barrel because of a serious issue we had at one of their restaurants and that visit two weeks ago came with an issue. I guess my family just doesn't have any luck trying to eat at a Cracker Barrel.
