点评：What'll you have, an Italian party tray or an American tray? An Italian tray consists of Genoa salami, prosciutto salami, mortadella, capicolla and provolone and asiago cheeses. An American tray consists of honey roasted turkey, Krakus ham, pepperoni, Swift premium salami and Swiss and American cheeses. Take your choice. That's just the beginning of a lot of choices to be made at Rubino's Italian Imports in south suburban Tinley Park. Located at 16635 Oak Park Avenue, Rubino's was established in 1994, an Italian grocery store, market and delicatessen all in one. Open from 9 to 6 Monday through Saturday and 9 to 3 on Sunday, it it noted for its submarine sandwiches, home-made sausage, salads, desserts such as tiramisu, cannoli, cheesecake and cookies, sauces, home-made specialties such as mostaccioli, spaghetti and lasagna dinners, fresh bread, pizza, pasta, Italian ice and coffee cakes. You can't walk out out of the deli without at least one sandwich. Which one? Try a hot ltalian beef sandwich on a 10-inch fresh roll or Rubino's Special Italian Sub with Genoa salami, capicolla, mortadella, prosciutto, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and oil vinaigrette or a corn beef on dark rye with Swiss cheese, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion and sliced pickles.
