点评：Food cooked wrong! Wife and I both order fillets and lobster meals. Mine was to be medium done and wife medium well. When the meal arrived, the kitchen forgot the lobster for both meals and my medium steak was medium well to well done and my wife’s was well to over done and was NOT a fillet. They said another steak and lobster meal was being cooked for my wife while I ate my meal. When her meal arrived, I was done and my dishes were cleared from the table. Again, her medium well steak was well done and the lobster was the size of a large shrimp! She ate the undersized lobster and couldn’t eat the overcooked steak that was burnt on the edges.
The steak cost was taken off the price of the meal but every other item was full price. The entire meal for the wife should have been free and mine discounted because they were not served at the same time.
Very unhappy with response from the management but our server Suzy was excellent and kept apologizing for others mistakes.
