点评:Checked in & when went to room someone was already in the room. Left wife upstairs with our luggage while I went downstairs to desk to check with them. Another guest was already at the counter waiting for the desk clerk Said they had been waiting about 10 minutes & no one was around. I called the direct hotel number 4 times & no one picked up the phone. By now had been waiting about 20 minutes. Decided to step outside through the front doors & saw the hotel clerk that had checked me in standing about 50 feet from my right talking on her phone. I motioned to her that I needed assistance with no response back.
Went back inside & clerk returned in about 5-6 minutes & helped the gentleman also waiting in from of me. When it was my turn I explained the room situation & was given another room with no apology for my wait, room mix up, & the wrong wi-fi password was also written on my key card to top if off. I was told that the hotel manager would follow up with me the next day which no one from the hotel has done! I contacted IHG corporate & was told the same thing about the hotel manager would contact me… no contact yet. They did give me 15K points for my inconvenience though. Room, breakfast, & parking were good.
