I drove up to the payment and food windows and did see 4 or 5 employees standing around and talking, but still no one attempted to help me or the other patrons. I then witnessed these employees turn out the lights inside the restaurant and leave. The hours posted on the window stated they were open until 1þ1pm. I think this is a terrible disservice to loyal customers, and I dont think I'll be returning to this McDonald's location any time soon. I would like my money back, plus some type of compensation for over 30 minutes of my time wasted.
