点评：I placed an order through the app, and when I went to pick up my food from the restaurant drive-thru, I sat at the speaker waiting for someone to help me for about 15 minutes. There were also 3 or 4 other customers who waited just as long to be waited on that ended up driving away after being ignored. The restaurant was closed for indoor dining, so I couldn't go inside to speak with someone. I already paid for my order through the app (a little over 20 dollars) and never received my food order. I drove up to the payment and food windows and did see 4 or 5 employees standing around and talking, but still no one attempted to help me or the other patrons. I then witnessed these employees turn out the lights inside the restaurant and leave. The hours posted on the window stated they were open until 1þ1pm. I think this is a terrible disservice to loyal customers, and I dont think I'll be returning to this McDonald's location any time soon. I would like my money back, plus some type of compensation for over 30 minutes of my time wasted.
