点评:There isn’t much selection in Peru, IL and being a Hilton member I decided on the Hampton Inn over other choices.
The app check in process was a breeze, the hotel seemed clean and not dated.
There were two issues with my room. My refrigerator did not work at all. The other was a very wobbly toilet. I was going to let maintenance know about that discovery when checking on the refrigerator but no one ever came. Not a huge deal.
On the evening of the first night of my stay, some friends and I decided to meet in the lobby to catch up and have a drink. After 10 minutes of sitting in the dim light just off the reception area we were notified that the lobby was closed. At 10pm. I’ve never been to a hotel where the main lobby closes. The front desk clerk informed us that it was their policy. He gave us another few minutes to chat and told us it was time to move on.
