[CxT] Roasting Company的点评
点评：This coffee bar (cafe) has a very advantageous location in the downtown area of the city, on Main Street.
[CxT] Roasting Company (aka Coffee by Tristan) was established in Peoria in 2016, and since then it has become very popular. It's a very modern, convenient, quality place to have a cup of fresh roasted coffee, and a snack. The Daily Brew I ordered was very tasty, and the Sage Treat of a 3-pack Almond Chocolate Power Balls (GF, dairy free and refined sugar free) was totally delicious and healthy: all the ingredients in this treat were organic.
Particularly memorable was a very amiable and attentive service by the well-trained staff -- Cody and Sly -- who were all politeness, friendliness and pleasure to talk to. The coffee bar has a casual ambiance, it's sharply -- and not overly -- decorated. Metered parking is available on the street, just outside the cafe.
There were not too many people in the cafe at that afternoon hour, but I understood, they were all regular guests. I would certainly become one, too -- convenient location, excellent coffee, delicious snacks, superb service!
