点评：I will never order Chipotle, at any location, ever again! What a total, utter ripoff and the owners are profiting off ripping people off! This should be illegal, that is how bad Chipotle is anymore! This location is very bad but all locations are like this, stingy, food is pathetic, yet the prices climb more and more every year. The workers are basically instructed to rip you off, charging expensive prices while making sure to give you as little food as possible. Fine dining prices for below fast food quality goods!
When Chipotle first started, the burritos were reasonable, big, and good. Now, the prices have skyrocketed, the portion sizes are a step below dismal, and the food is cold and nasty.
I ordered a burrito bowl, learning my lesson in the past by how they rip you off with the burritos, which are maximum price for a burrito the size of a taco. Little did I know I was to be totally ripped off anyhow! The tin container the "burrito bowl" was in was about 1/4 of the way full. There was literally more lettuce than anything else, barely any rice, about 6 small pieces of steak (1/2" by 1/2"), and it was cold. I had to put it on a plate to warm it in the microwave, making the taste even worse. It was literally ice cold and tasted horrible, yet somehow worse after being heated up. I wish I was exaggerating, if I had paid a typical price it would be not so bad, but $15.00 for a burrito bowl (the tortilla was extra), easily twice as much as a Mexican restaurant, yet 1/4 the size and 1/16 the meat! This tells me they wised up to the "trick", order a burrito bowl and tortilla on the side to get a decent amount of meat. Why do I need a trick for a $15.00 burrito to get more meat? Now that does not even work, you still get stolen from.
It was $20.00+ for the burrito bowl, a tortilla, and the chips and guacamole. 6 little pieces of steak and a pathetic amount of food for $14.00 (the burrito cost by itself). The chips were stale, the guacamole had no flavor, just crazy bad! I feel like someone played a prank on me, how can this be this horrible? I got it delivered by Grubhub, so with the tip it was $30.00 to add insult to my injury!
If the food was good, yet pathetic portioned, I still would not be ripped off, but cold, nasty food in pathetic portions for outlandish prices? This should be illegal, yet somehow their business grows. I will tell you how they manage that, by upping their prices and reducing the amount of food you get.
For those who feel ripped off, we should get together and do a class action lawsuit. All you got to do is buy a $15.00 burrito for exhibit A right there! Their website and commercials show proper portioned food, do not get fooled into thinking that is what you are getting in person!
