点评：This facility that as seen its better days as the the place is very dated and doesn't have the industrial vibe like the other Country Inns and Suites we have stay at over the past 15+ years. Might have new carpeting and a new bathroom sink, but room still had a tub, a very dates leather sofa and two red chairs in our suite like room. Bathroom floor was dirty and door hinges were very rusted. Some of the room furniture was painted gray and other furniture was the original blond wood tone. Room temperature still controlled on the window units and not on the wall. Our king size bed had 4 sofa sized pillows that were basically worthless.
Breakfast was hit or miss. For the first morning, there wasn't any eggs or sausages available and need to resort to a bagel. Our friends pointed out that both items had been missing for some time. There was supposedly two staff members working that day and really not doing their jobs stocking the food to cleaning the table. The next morning was much better as the single staff member did a much better job.
Finally, I learned that my rewards points expired when you don't stay at a Choice Hotel facility after 18 months. Our previous stay was a dud as was this stay. Deleting my points confirms this is the last time I stay at a Choice Hotel facility going forward.
