点评：My husband and I had a great date night at Jude's recently. This restaurant is known for its cocktails and small plates.
For cocktails, we ordered the Bees Knees, a Strawberry Basil, and a Smoke on the Water. Smoke on the Water is a smoked old fashioned, served in a little bottle with a lid on it plus a glass to pour it into once ready. When the server set it down, she told us that the longer we left it in the bottle, the smokier it would get. Super cool presentation, and it was delicious.
For small plates, we had Chicken Tikka Masala, Moroccan Beef Skewers, Coconut Pork Lime Kebabs, Filet Medallions (comes with three sauces), and Pierogis. Everything was so good. There was not a single thing that I wouldn't order again, although there's lots more on the menu to try! Chicken Tikka Masala was my favorite of our five dishes. And although these are small plates, this was a pretty good amount of food. We could have done with less; we just wanted to try lots of things. We also had the Limoncello Cheesecake for dessert, which was stunningly good.
The restaurant is super cute, with great ambience, and very well-decorated. There is a bit of outdoor seating, a bar area, and a small dining room. We sat in the dining room section, which was great; next time, I think I'll try to sit in the bar.
Service was incredible. Our server was Naomi, and she was completely on top of everything. The servers in this restaurant work especially hard because they are taking orders and bringing you food more often than if you were just getting an entrée. I was impressed with everyone who was working to give us a great experience.
If you go on a weekend, I recommend a reservation. We reserved a table for 6 pm on a Saturday. We got there a little early, maybe 5:45, and it wasn't too busy yet, but by the time we left a bit after 7, I believe every table and chair was occupied.
Great experience and can't wait to go back. A must-try if you're in the area!
