点评：In November, we had a private party to celebrate our wedding that was hosted within the Bellevue Restaurant at the Horse and Hound in Delgany. This was a very happy occasion which was enhanced immensely by this wonderful venue. This is our favourite restaurant, and it was great to share it with our immediate family and friends.
Mark was absolutely brilliant when helping us to plan the day. All his suggestions were perfect. I am still amazed at how having linen on the tables made such a difference! Our celebration started at 3 O'clock with a choice of drinks while people were arriving. This was followed by a wonderful meal, and then some of the tables were cleared and everyone enjoyed the mandatory boogie!! :) Our playlist was made up of fast-paced music. In hindsight, a top tip would be to intersperse the fast music with some slower numbers to allow people to catch their breath!!
As you can see from the attached photo, the menu was decent, with a great selection for people to enjoy. It was very impressive how efficiently the team were able to deliver everyone's choices. Everyone was highly complimentary about the food the place and the people. All day Mark was very attentive and kept us in the loop as to what was happening and what was going to happen next. We hosted 53 people, and oh boy, did they keep the guys busy all day into the early hours! :)
I have very fond memories of this great day and highly recommend this venue both as a restaurant and an ideal place to host a celebration! Thanks again to all the team who made our day very special both front of house and those who slaved in the kitchens! We truly appreciated and enjoyed your work!
