The Dalcy的点评
点评：I've attended a lot of special events over the years, from weddings to wedding receptions to reunions to galas to retirement dinners, and I've been treated to some beautiful banquet halls. But I've never experienced anything to match The Dalcy, one of Lettuce Entertain You's plush event halls in Chicago. Located at 302 North Green Street, in the West Loop's historic Fulton Market District, a block west of Halsted, it shares the third floor with Aba, a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant. With high ceilings and 6,000 square feet of space to accommodate seated dinners, dancing, wedding ceremonies and socializing, The Dalcy is the epitome of the Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You empire, which was founded in 1971 and has grown to include more than 120 restaurants and 60 brands across the country. LEY doesn't leave any restaurant theme unused, from American to French to Italian to Chinese to Japanese, from steaks to burgers to seafood to BBQ. At The Dalcy, amenities include valet parking, dance floor, pool, media room, coat check and Kosher kitchen. And how about this menu for a seated dinner of 200? A choice of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, carrot bruschetta with meatballs, shrimp fritters and Maryland crab cakes, grilled portobello mushroom, classic tomato soup, Enlightened Caesar Salad with Romaine lettuce and arugula, capers, cherry tomatoes, croutons, grana padano cheese and Greek yogurt dressing and a choice of 13 (count 'em, 13) entrees. I opted for filet mignon with a double baked potato, roasted mushrooms and steak jus. With vanilla bean panna cotta for dessert. Separate checks?
