点评:We called their customer service to move the 3 tickets from Sunday to today. The guy didn’t confirm that it’s done so when we came today they didn’t have my name in the system so I had to wait 30 minutes for the manager Dena to come and give me 2 tickets (i paid for 3). Finally I got them, got late for the movie and when we wanted to order food we’re told we can’ t do it since we’re late (due their fault). We explain the situation to the waiter, she’s rude, but she takes our order. Once the movie’s finished, we’re charged 2 times for the food. We go to complaint and the manager starts screaming to us, won’t let us talk, putting her head down to the table while talking to us. I have never experienced worst customer service. The whole crew was so rude and unpolite. I’m so dissapointed.
