A nice place to see a game or concert with pretty comfy seating and very easy to navigate. The surrounding neighborhood isn't the greatest so a quick in and out is the best bet. Eat beforehand as the food & drink prices will cost almost as much as your ticket.
positives: good sightlines for games and concerts, nice amenities, good atmosphere for Hawks hockey and concerts, nice merchandise shop called Fandemonium.
negatives: Nightmare traffic headaches (leave PLENTY early), costly parking, extremely expensive concessions, surrounding neighborhood should be avoided.
Tips: DON'T take Madison directly, try to use an adjacent street or a CTA United Center express bus. NEVER park anywhere outside the arena parking lots. NEVER wander around the surrounding neighborhood and don't buy scalper tickets outside the stadium.
