点评:I am a Diamond member and was treated as a first time guest. I arrived and got on the elevator which smelled like sewage, I got off on the 4th floor and headed to my room, the hall smelled like sewage, went into my room and it to smelled like sewage.
I immediately called down to the front desk and was told they were sold out so they could not give me another room, I was told they would send me some air freshner.
I asked to cancel and get a refund and I would go somewhere else, I was told that was not an option.
I waited for the air freshner to arrive to see if it would make it better,
They brought up some frebreeze that did not help at all, I decided to leave.
I took my wated bottle I was going to stop and get ice, the ice machine had a sign on it, ice machine on 4th and 3rd floor is out of order.
I got some on the first floor on the way out.
I arrived back at the hotel after midnight, slept in the chair as the sheets looked unkempt, the table had dust all over it so I could tell the room was not cleaned properly.
The next morning I got up and left to go to meet family, once I was done I arrived back at the hotel and the same smell, I checked out.
The day of my arrival after speaking with the front desk, I did call customer service who gave me a case number for my complaint. I was told the manager of the hotel would call me back in 3 days.
instead of the manager calling me back he chose to throw 10,000 bonus points in my account.
This is unacceptable. When did phone calls and owning up to this stop?
I will no longer use Hilton hotels, I will go back to using Marriott.
